We are pleased to offer free express shipping on all orders, to any destination globally.

At Crocelle, ensuring your handbag arrives safely and securely is our top priority. Because we deal in CITES-certified exotic leathers, our shipping process differs slightly from standard retail to ensure full compliance with international wildlife regulations.


1. Processing Time & CITES Documentation

Before any exotic skin item leaves our facility, we must obtain an individual CITES Export Permit for that specific bag. This ensures your purchase is 100% legal and will clear customs smoothly.

  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Please allow 2-4 business days for us to finalize the CITES documentation and export clearance before dispatch.
  • Bespoke / Custom Orders: Processing begins only after the 3-4 week production period is complete.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We use Global Priority Express carriers (DHL Express, FedEx International, or UPS) to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery.

  • USA & Canada: 3 - 5 Business Days
  • Europe (UK, France, Germany, etc.): 4 - 6 Business Days
  • Asia Pacific: 2 - 4 Business Days
  • Rest of World: 5 - 7 Business Days

*Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and do not include the processing time mentioned above.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. Signature upon delivery is required for all orders to ensure security.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

While shipping is free, please be aware of your local import regulations:

  • Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): Our product prices and free shipping offer do not include import taxes, customs duties, or VAT that may be levied by the destination country.
  • Your Responsibility: As the importer of record, you are responsible for paying any such fees upon delivery. Crocelle has no control over these charges. If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to international trading agreements regarding exotic leathers, there are a few countries we may be unable to ship to (e.g., Mexico, Russia, and certain parts of Brazil). If we cannot fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Every Crocelle shipment is fully insured during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us immediately at crocellevip@gmail.com.
  • Retain all packaging materials and the damaged item for insurance inspection.
