Avoid rain, humidity, and prolonged sunlight. If the bag gets slightly wet, gently dab with a soft cloth and let it air-dry naturally. Never use a hairdryer or heat source — it can damage the scales and finish.
Crocodile leather needs occasional conditioning. Use only exotic-leather–safe cream, applied sparingly with a clean, soft cloth. This prevents dryness, maintains shine, and keeps the scales flexible.
Always store your bag in its dust bag, filled with soft stuffing to maintain its shape. Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct light or pressure. Avoid stacking heavy items on top to prevent scale distortion.
Avoid placing the bag on rough surfaces, dragging the corners, or overfilling it. Use clean hands when touching the leather, and be cautious with perfumes, cosmetics, and alcohol-based sanitizers, as they may stain or discolor the finish.

Please read carefully: Crocelle products are crafted from genuine CITES-certified crocodile leather (Porosus and Niloticus). As leather is a natural organic material, no two hides are exactly alike.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Crocelle ships globally. While we handle all CITES documentation required for export, please note the following regarding import taxes:
For "Agile Bespoke" or any made-to-order items, the production process begins immediately upon order confirmation. Once the leather has been cut, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Personalized items (including heat-stamped initials) are final sale.
